Enrolment & Fee Payment
• Parents should complete the application form & send to us together with a photo and a crossed cheque made payable to “Jack & Jill Treehouse”. Faxed enrolment must be followed up by the original application together with cheque payment.
• Tuition fees are payable upon enrolment. No place is confirmed until full payment has been received.
• Tuition fees are charged on a monthly basis and are payable before the first day of the following month.

Refunds
• We regret that we cannot, under any circumstances, give refunds or credits for classes already paid for except in the event of a course being cancelled, oversubscribed or the application being rejected.

Waitlist
• Your child will be put on waitlist when a class is full. Priority is given to existing students and their siblings.

Catch-Up Classes
• For students who enrol partway through a course, parents may either pro-rate tuition fees or arrange catch-up classes to achieve the same level as the other students. Please seek advice from our staff as to which is recommended.

Make-Up Classes
• We will only arrange make-up classes for students who miss their regular classes due to sickness or travelling. We cannot arrange make-up classes for other reasons. Advance written notice of absence due to traveling or doctor’s certificate due to sickness should be provided.
• A maximum of one make-up class may be made per month regardless of the reasons for the make-up.
• We will try to arrange make-up class by the end of next month. If our available dates for make-up classes do not match your child’s availability, we cannot guarantee a make-up class.

Holidays
• Jack & Jill Treehouse is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Enforced Closures
• We regret that we cannot arrange make-up class or refund tuitions due to the following enforced closures.
• Please refer to the following for the different arrangements when typhoon or rainstorm signals are hoisted :

• Typhoon Signal no.1 OR Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal	All classes as usual except Playgroup.
• Typhoon Signal no. 3 OR Red Rainstorm Warning Signal	All classes as usual except Playgroup, Active English 1 and Putonghua (Beginners).
• Typhoon Signal no. 8 OR Black Rainstorm Warning Signal	All classes cancelled.

• Classes with a start time 2 hours after signal cancellation will be resumed as normal.

Accompanying Your Child
• In accordance with the requirements of the Social Welfare Department, we require all parents/ guardians of children under 3 years to remain on the premises.

Photographs & Videos
• Photos and videos are not permitted unless written notice is obtained from the school.

Leaving Jack & Jill Treehouse
• A 14-day advance written notice is required for lesson’s cancellation or fees will be charged.
